I was overwhelmed with pain to hold such young and suffering child in my own hands. Manu (not real name) who is 7 years old and his little brother X 3 years old we very hungry as they had no food. We provided a loaf of bread and milk and they were so happy for a late meal. Their oldest brother Y 10 years old is diabetic. He is admitted in pediatric ward in hospital in the company of their mother Elizabeth who has a mental issue and suffers serious abuse from the husband . Their father came later .
