No.001 John Kagwi. SEX MALE Age 54. Multiple Myeloma Patient.

I am a Multiple Myeloma patient and I had Stem Cell Transplant in India in 2023. Mainline Chemotherapy; Revlimid 10mg, Bortezomib injection, Neukine 300 Injection 1 ml immunotherapy. I started having blood related problems in the year 2016 with bleeding from the nose which would lead to severe anaemia with low platelets and Neutrophils .I had to undergo nasal sphenopalatine artery ligation in three different surgeries with little success. I had numerous long hospitalizations between 2016 until June 2022 when I was finally diagnosed with the cancer. I am on post-transplant management with two medical reviews every month with my local oncologist until June 2025. I experience some challenges just like other patients in my country. MANDATORY TESTS: CBC, Creatnine, Potassium, Calcium, LFT, LIPID Profile once a month for 3 months (now done randomly) Serum Protein Electrophoresis, Serum Assay Free Light Chain every 2 Months Follow up at Apollo CBCC Ahmedabad after 6 months
