One child has cancer ,the other has acute diabetes

Manu has eye cancer, his elder brother Rodgers has acute diabetes and he is always in hospital and on insulin while their last born brother Bob 4 years old is very innocent to know the fate that befalls his siblings.He needs to start his assessment again starting with a new biopsy in order to start treatment afresh .
