Marital status: Single mother of 7 children. Patient diagnosed with Breast cancer on February 2024.She is upposed to attend chemotherapy sessions twice a month. Mainline Chemotherapy; CarboPlatin 661mg Injection. Has been facing serious challenges like ; 1. Lack of money to buy prescribed chemotherapy 2. Due to lack of money she goes for medical reviews irregularly increasing risk of cancer progression 3. Transport problems to and from hospital, she goes to hospital far away with serious difficulty 4. High cost of chemotherapy as she is a hawker with no formal employment 5. Stigmatization which is common and has to remain indoors and shame of loss of hair 6.She cannot meet the needs of her large family as she hawks vegetables to sustain them 7.She is living in a 2 bedroom rented house 8.
