Patient diagnosed with cervical cancer on March 2023. Attending chemotherapy sessions twice a month.
Mainline Chemotherapy;Antinomycin -D ,Dexamethasone.
Has been facing serious challenges like ;
1. Lack of money to attend clinics.
2. Goes for reviews irregularly due to lack of money
3. Doctors strike which affects appointments
3.Stigmatization and isolation due to cervical cancer and she has to remain indoors most of the time
5.Husband has no formal employment he is doing menial jobs in the neighborhood and is underpaid
6. Family living in a 3 bedroom mud ramshackle which is unhygienic
7. Both husband and wife have other underlying life threatening health condition
8. Children missing school sometime due to school fees problems
